10 days guarantee

  1. We will carefully package the items before sending them to our distribution center. Please be aware that transport damage may occur during the shipment.
    Please be sure to check the items when they are received; if you find that the delivery package is damaged or the items are damaged during shipment, please point out, take pictures, and reject them. Please call our customer service after rejecting them.
    If you find that the items are missing or damaged, please contact our customer service immediately (that is, when the delivery staff is still on site).
    If you have signed yourself or signed by someone else, it will be regarded as that the quantity and items of your order are correct. To ensure your rights, we strongly recommend that you shall take a unpacking video.
    If delivery package are received abnormally, please be sure to contact our customer service within 3 days after receiving.
  2. If you find that the product quality does not meet the production standards after receiving the items within 10 days (including delivery or self-pick-up), or if there are quality problems, please contact our customer service, we guarantee to replace the same product for you.
  3. In special circumstances, after consultation with you by the Customer Service Department and with our consent, we will return the money involved in this shopping to your bank account.
  4. This policy does not apply to:
    1)Items with man-made damage;
    2)Items that lack purchase credentials;
    3)Only shopping receipt but no items;
    4)Items that requires a replacement or refund based on personal preference.
  5. Items that need to be replaced must be free from damage, stray, wetted or destroyed by water or other materials.
  6. Product quality problem identification: product quality problem verified by third-party testing agencies or by us. If it’s a quality problem, we will be responsible for the delivery charges. If it’s a non-quality problem, the delivery charges will be borne by the client (the items will be sent to us, and the client will pay the shipping fee first).
  7. We have the right (without obligation) to review, modify, edit or otherwise make changes to these Terms and Conditions and any information at its absolute discretion without prior notice.
  8. In case of any dispute, we reserve the right to make the final decision.
